How to practice self-love

Self love used to be an elusive phrase to me, I used to feel grossed out by myself and my body and hate myself and feel lots of shame and guilt about the way I acted towards the ones I loved in the past.

I asked spirit to show me what self love was and how it felt. I even asked about it in a Facebook group I was in.

I received many great answers, however none stayed with me as this one: practice saying ‘i love you’ to whatever arises within your awareness.

And so I did. I closed my eyes. “I love you darkness”. All sorts of feelings arose within me “I love you feelings arising within me. I love you skin, I love you touch, I love you body..”.

I continued like this with everything inside and outside of me, until I could feel only love. Forced myself to love everything.

I realized that saying “I love you, Dona” as many times as I could remember to do it throughout the day was more helpful than not saying it at all.

Touching my heart chakra in my chest also helped me connect back to my heart, my center.

The power of self-touch also helped me immensely. Whenever I felt sad, I would caress myself, my skin, my hair, and wherever I didn’t like my body, I would touch and say “I love you” to that part until I could feel it, no matter how shameful or awkward it felt at first.

Taking care of myself and putting myself first, my feel-good, above anyone and anything else, made me know that whenever I am happy, I can also give, but I can’t give from a space of lack. Knowing that helped.

Also learning about non-duality, accepting both the dark and the light within ourselves was important. I realized it’s ok to sit with these darker aspects and feelings and love them, too, as they are a part of me and they won’t go away if I push them away, but they will get alchemized when I accept and embrace them. Just feel it all.

None of us are pure light or pure dark, nothing is just black or white. The Yin and Yang are a perfect example of this. We are not just good or just bad. We must learn to embrace all of our facets, and all the colors between our black and whites.

Self love comes hand in hand with self care. Considering yourself a precious thing that must be given all of the self care possible and taking care that you always feel good might be something you procrastinate on at first, but I promise you, doing something small every day to take care of yourself and your well-being, will, in time, yield beautiful results.

And if no one told you today, you are beautiful!

The way you talk to yourself is also important. Do you call yourself ugly/good for nothing/worthless? That’s not self love. Try changing the way you talk to yourself by picking the highest words possible (that have the highest light in them), even if you don’t necessarily feel they are true. Just pick high vibratory words and keep calling yourself that, even journal them every day and you will see your confidence skyrocket.

Write positive love-letters to yourself, hide them and read them after a month or two, to make a fun game out of it.

Remember, repetition is very important, so repeating newly-forming beliefs every day is also important. For example, Dylan James has affirmations you can listen to overnight for at least 21 night in a row to change your self-concept:

Also, affirming “everybody loves me, everybody thinks I’m cute and amazing” can make you feel more loved, because your teaching your subconscious that you’re also receiving praise, love and appreciation from the exterior.

Even if that hasn’t been the case, you can train your subconscious to think it was, so you never again feel like you lack love from others. Feeling loved can make you feel more self-love, too.

Remember, Divinity always loves you, no matter what you think you did or didn’t do wrong, so just by knowing that, you can feel more self-love, because you are already loved, now, so it’s easier to feel it.

Last but not least, embracing our emotions can help us feel more self-love.

Pushing them away creates pain and suffering, but truly feeling them, no matter how bad they feel, can help you alchemize them. into better feeling emotions.

How to persevere when opposing forces try to trick you into staying where you are.

I’ve had so much opposition in my life! From parents, to friends, to lovers, to dark entities, to teaching on Facebook and getting 2 likes consistently for a year, to my own Self being lazy and unmotivated.

To the lack of motivation part, I would say the solution came when I realized that the easy way is the solution. If it’s not easy, don’t do it. There are tons of easy things you actually like doing and you’re passionate about, while things that are hard to you, are like swimming against the flow of the river for a fish that’s not salmon.

There are many gurus selling you the idea of working hard and doing it against the grain, and making you feel unworthy if you don’t, however I believe God/The Universe loves you even if you don’t do shizz to prove it, even if you lay there on the couch eating potato chips all day.

When you fight against yourself for doing that, it might come as a great surprise to embrace the idea of doing things that are easy to you. You might even get motivation to do other things, too, because they are easy.

A great book about implementing tiny habits (the easy way) in order to change your life easefully and get motivation is this one.

Ok, I understood how to help myself, but how about when familly, friends and lovers try to oppose me when I’m trying to change my life/do something for myself?

Each person and situation is unique, but I would like to first give you this tip: stay aligned. If it doesn’t feel good, don’t do it or say it. Don’t even think it. Ignore the thought that feels bad and replace it with more positive thoughts.

It’s not that you’re not allowed to ever feel bad, it’s just that the way you feel (your vibration) creates your reality. And to have a positive, satisfying reality, where you love almost everything in your life, you must educate and train yourself to discern between feel-good and feel-bad thoughts and feelings.

If it’s helpful to you, journal about it. What do I believe about my life that feels bad? How can I change my thinking to something that feels at least slightly better? And then a little better? And what can I do to FEEL better right now? Repeat until you feel amazing and then know that you are attracting better things.

Ok, ok, but what if someone in my life doesn’t LET ME feel better? This is just a sign that your past vibration is fighting with the new one. Maybe in your past vibration you let that person tell you what to do, or your past vibration didn’t allow this new thing that feels good to be your reality because you didn’t believe yourself to be worthy and deserving of it.

Remember everyone you meet is you, and they are reflecting your vibration. You can literally say in your mind “this person leaves me alone” and if you believe it and it feels good to you, they will. Your words are magic.

So what I would advise is never compromise your feel goid for another person, but don’t go around screaming and jumping in the middle of the street, without 100% percent believing nobody cares and you will be left alone, because you will get in trouble with the Matrix system we all have in our vibration to some degree or another, because we live on a collective Earth reality where we have been imprinted with societal structures and ancestral pain to clean up.

As a lightworker or starseed, we are here to clear both our own vibrations, and also through clearing that, clearing for the whole collective of souls we came together with in this life. Clearing for our countries, our continents, our planet.

And how do you clear? Choose what feels good. Even inspite of the opposition. Trust your heart, your alignment and your reality will shift.

We have everything inside ourselves to succeed, and sometimes it requires patience and going one step back to analyze what we’re doing consciously and realize what our next feel good step is.

However I think these are the basics of dealing with opposition in our lives – choose the easy route, and what feels good/great/amazing.

Now in dealing with entities, this is much harder and I am no expert, because there are millions of types and of ways in which they can attack you, however what has helped me was going to church, listening to prayers and doing protection magic. You can search protection magic on pinterest and there are tons of chants you can say and things to do to protect yourself and your home. At first they will attack you harder, but if you continue for a few days, you will see it ease up a lot.

Things like Holly water, salt, crystals, pepper, chanting, white candles, banishing, etc.

And I don’t think going to church and white magick don’t go well together, because both feel good to me. And when you do things that feel good, you will come up against many societal standards, but you will still trust what feels good to you.

It’s so simple, God gave us this super easy way to do his will: do what makes you happy and do what feels good to you, and don’t do what feels bad, and you will get exactly where you desire to go in life, even if slowly and in Divine timing, however we are dissensitized from our feelings and consider them unimportant in this world where rational thinking is valued more than our feeling state.

And you can see me, I’m quite rational, but even while I write this, I only choose words that feel good, therefore I channel the highest light possible in this text to be of service, not because I consciously desire it, but because it’s what I’m meant to do and it comes easy to me.

How to rewrite your past (in order to manifest better)

To explain this topic better, I first have to explain parallel realities.

Think about the word ‘tomorrow’. You read it in the present. And now you read this in the present. You also read “you said it” (past) in the present. You’re thinking about the past or the future, but you’re always doing it in the present now moment.

You see, great meditators who awaken from the illusion of Maia, realize this concept profoundly. Everything happens at once, as well as nothing ever happened, life is a dream/illusion.

Think about a movie. You can stop it at minute 12:15, and then at minute 12:16. You can screenshoot it, and take one image to China and one to the United States.

Although the movie seems to have a logical, linear story, you can mess up all the images in it and spread them all over the world.

That’s sort of how reality is. That means your most wanted desires happen now, and so do your worst nightmares. And everything you can possibly ever imagine exists in the timeless NOW, and you can align with it if you align to its frequency (how would it feel to you NOW to have that reality – think about it often until it gains momentum and it manifests).

So on the subject of changing your past, you can basically decide what your past was, and change it up as you wish.

Even though it might not feel true to your mind, that’s the only place that past exists – your mind. Otherwise you have no concrete proof of it in the present moment.

So change the story – I’ve been traumatized in my life enormosuly (in the linear story I align to now as I say this), however I made a small but important effort to say that I’ve always been happy, I always had everything I needed, I always had amazingly loving parents and every circumstance in my life was always extremely favorable.

That not only makes me feel better, but also helps me manifest better.

The stories we keep telling ourselves are so important. Because if in our minds we keep repeating our traumas, our sad, victimized stories, what we will get in our realities is proof that we are victims of our circumstances, proof that we can never succeed if we were abused and after many, many years from those abuses – you can already call it procrastination from doing what we desire and changing our habits and our circumstances because we were once in pain. And we keep recreating that pain.

Now nobody is saying you shouldn’t love yourself through the pain, love your inner child that got hurt. Nobody says you aren’t entitled to be angry or upset about what happened to you, however as you empower yourself and decide to shift that reality and live a better one, you can change the narative, the story into something that feels good, so that you also shift your vibration and attract better.

You can even change the people in the story and how they treated you, you can say and imagine how they treated you well, and forgive them for any hurt that they’ve caused.

If these people are still in your life, you might actually see a shift in them, too, after you have done this.

Again, no one is saying you are not entitled to your pain (no matter how big or small), however if you are at the point of wanting to shift from it, this is how to do it.

If it’s easier for you to write this new story out, by all means, do it. And if it’s easier to think about it or say it out loud, these are also relevant and ok options.

How to manifest enough money to stay at home and do whatever you want

So, to be honest, I’m not YET a millionaire success story, but I’m definitely manifesting it and having patience with it since I feel I’m on the right track. Remember, believing it before it’s manifested and seeing it as being already the case in the NOW is the first step in achieving it.

However, I used to have a super tiring 9-5, stressing out, never having enough money and now I’m successfully not doing anything and still getting money, food, cigarettes, clothes, perfumes, gifts, and I feel secure in flowing the way I feel like flowing in my day to day life, and still being supported.

How did I achieve that? This article is here to help you.

First of all, working on the belief that is saying you are not secure/supported even if you don’t do hard work or “try” all the time is essential.

Your beliefs should look like this:

“Receiving money is easy”

“Being supported by the Universe even if I stay in bed all day is natural and normal, because the Universe loves me”

“God wants me to have loads of money and always have whatever I need”

“If I had everything I needed in the first 9 months of my life, while I was in my mom’s belly, what makes me think I won’t always be supported?”

Trees and plants get everything they need like sun and water for their entire lives, and nobody asks trees to pay taxes or be charged for that. Whole eco-systems are entirely supported, divinely, to co-exist and thrive, but we as humans have all these rules that in order to survive we must work hard, hustle, and strive.

But what if we believed it all comes easy to us? What if we believed Divinity always supports us in ways we can’t even imagine?

A story that helped me see that as truth is that once I was working my 9-5 job as a cashier, and I had spent my entire salary in 3 days, my mom kept giving me what she could as food, and now she wasn’t available (she was living far enough from me so that we couldn’t see each other every day) and now I was at work, on the morning shift, 4-5 hours in, with no money, nothing to eat and starving.

But I didn’t have to wait long, that someone that was sitting in the cue, an old lady, came to me with a hot cheese pretzel and a banana and offered it to me. I felt so grateful! I ate under the cash register, almost in tears of happiness. Low and behold, a half an hour later, somebody else bought me a coffee.

I saw in that moment that God, or whatever you want to call it, takes care of all his children. That we might get into times of need or strife, only to receive blessings later, if we choose to see them as such.

Can you see that you were always supported? Can you see moments in your life when things like this happened to you? Can you see that you are alive and well, so far in your age, and somehow you didn’t die or were left behind?

The more you can ciment into your beliefs this assumption, that you are always supported and God takes care of you, and especially that hard work is not necessary for you to have money or a relaxed, independent from corporations, jobs, etc life, the more you will naturally get off the hamster wheel and onto the way of living on New Earth.

I never wonder where my next meal is going to come from, or how will I get what I need, I just know it will, it just comes to me. And it didn’t always used to be the case. One very important aspect though of being supported as I am (and I have barely worked in the last 2.5 years) is to actually be ON PURPOSE. God, the Angels and Spirit Guides WILL help you, but you have to be of service somehow, or on purpose.

Since I started this blog, and I’m helping people out for free (of course, I do have ads, but that’s at no extra cost to you), I’ve been receiving even more abundance. Whenever I consistently write on facebook to help people, I am even more supported.Because you see, we are never just here for ourselves, we are here to serve others too.

That’s not to say you are ever not fullfilling your purpose, and making lots of money can also be your purpose (next article I’m going to write is why money is Good vs Evil, as many subconsciously believe, so follow my blog if you want to check that out).

You are actually always on purpose, whether your purpose is to find out what your real purpose is, whether it is to say a kind word to a familly member or to enjoy a nice meal together.

Never believe your current job or where you are in life is not part of your purpose, it definitely is and God wouldn’t allow it if it wasn’t the case.

You are always exactly where you should be, and if you have a dream, follow it no matter how many setbacks you have and how long it takes for you to get there, because one day you will be happy you did, plus 0.1% progress per day is 36.5% progress a year, compared to 0% per day which still equates to 0% after a year.

I believe our purpose is to do at least that 0,1% a day, which some days could even mean resting, because when you rest and relax you get more space into your consciousness to receive and channel new information and creative ideas for our future.

So to always be abundant, is to be a vibrational match to that abundance, which means to believe you already have it. So ask yourself, what is keeping me from living an abundant lifestyle? And transform the answer you get into something positive, so that from now on you always live in perfect abundance!

How to change deeply-rooted beliefs in your subconscious

Subconscious beliefs, along with conscious ones, dictate what happens in our reality.

Say if we believe we are ugly and nobody likes us, naturally people won’t look as much at us when we walk down the street, or even if they do, in our minds we would conclude that they’re definitely not looking at us thinking we are interesting or beautiful/handsome.

It doesn’t even matter how you look, you could be the ugliest person in the room, if your beliefs match the idea that you are handsome/beautiful, than you will shine brightly, people will notice you and you will get many more interactions that confirm your belief that you are handsome/beautiful, like compliments, flirting, etc.

It’s easy to say that ok, I’ll change my belief now that I know this, and say I look great all the time, or that I have a lot of money, or whatever you want to change in your beliefs, but if you don’t BELIEVE it, on a subconscious level, on the level in which you were first impregnated with the idea that you are not beautiful enough, your outer reflections will stay the same.

So here’s my most trusted technique with which I changed many of my subconscious beliefs, and that is a journalling technique.

For example, in the example that I gave, on being beautiful/handsome, I would open up a notebook, and I would write: “What keeps me from being beautiful/handsome”.

Or, as another example: “What keeps me from making 1 million dollars a year”

On both these examples, reality-based, with concrete, evidence-based responses are not what I’m interested in getting as an answer.

More so, I want you to notice where in your body you contract/you have a negative feeling when you imagine having the reality you desire (in this example, being handsome/beautiful or having a lot of money).

I want you to breathe into that resistance, and see the images that come up.

Then you can journal what comes up, and find what, on a subconscious level, is keeping you from that. That can be a memory from your childhood (many times that’s where these beliefs stem from), or it could be an irrational fear, a shame, or a feeling of guilt.

As I always say, what doesn’t feel good in your body is not true, and what feels amazing is always true.

Which means what is true for us as beings is that we are loved, we are amazing, creative, courageous, beautiful/handsome, desirable, loveable, and all the things that feel amazing.

And the fact that we are not all those things, is not true, we believe in the opposite because that’s what our society has raised us to believe, to sell us more of their products and keep us believing we are small, unattractive, unimportant and not able to create our own realities.

That’s why I always say: we must call ourselves the most amazing beings in the Universe, and praise ourselves in all the ways, and call ourselves beautiful, loving names, and always love ourselves, because that creates a good vibration within our bodies, and so we naturally attract better things.

Staying in a victim mentality, where we are never good enough, we believe negative things about ourselves, creates realities in which these believes are reinforced: we have emotionally draining and toxic relationships that keep showing us our negative beliefs, and we never get exactly where we would want to be in life.

So the secret to uncovering subconscious, negative beliefs, is actually FEELING. Feeling where you don’t believe yourself to be enough. Feeling where you don’t already feel rich. Feeling where you are not the best person in your life.

And then putting it into words, as well as you can.

After that, what I’ve learned is it is very important to create new, positive beliefs, and repeat them daily.

So for example: “I am handsome/beautiful” or “I make a million dollars a year”.

The more you repeat, the more you will feel like that’s what is true. Plus, the more you repeat, the more the opposite that you already believe will show up, and it will be easier for you to see it if you just feel into it, and make sense of the belief you are holding. Then, keep believing and repeating the positive affirmation some more, until it feel like the easiest, most natural thing to you.

Of course the million dollars won’t come to you in a second (most likely), but the Universe always responds with creative ideas, opportunities, and things to do to take aligned action and create that million in your life. So it’s dependent upon you to create that, but if you already feel like a millionaire, all the time, even when you do the dishes or swipe your living room, even when you don’t have anything in your bank account, you will receive more than enough to be able to create and learn (to sell, to be a business person, to create better, etc ) through this journey we call Life.
